Mellany ‘Mel’ Drugmand was phenomenal. She was very knowledgeable about the entire home buying process. After my initial contact with her, she scheduled for us to tour a home the very next day. Thanks to Mel, I was able to close on my dream home.

We worked with Mel on finding our house. We had limited time and needed to see as many houses as possible in a day. Even though the houses we looked at were listed with multiple realtors from various companies, she was able to set up the times all on the same day and adjust times when we took too long looking at a house so that we wouldn’t miss any showings. Then she went back with us on a different day to the one we liked the most just to let us have one last look before the offer. After that, it was easy, all we did was get her the paperwork she needed and she took care of the rest. She’s the best! And you can take that to the bank!

Mel is great. Would reccomend working with her. She is knowledgeable, professional, hard working and overall a very nice lady. She arranged many showings to satisfy our wishes. She is very responsive and easy to get into contact with. We are very happy and excited to move into our new HOME!

Mellany was absolutely amazing. We never felt alone during the process of selling our home. She was there every step of the way with answers, guidance, assistance....whatever we needed. The house we were selling needed some work, and she helped me pick out counter tops, carpets, paint, and everything else I had questions about. Oh yeah...and the house sold IN LESS THAN A WEEKEND after it was listed! I am 100% certain that it sold so quickly and easily because of her assistance in getting the house ready, and her connections and knowledge about the local market. She took care of absolutely everything during the process. I didn't have to worry about anything. As long as I live in this area, I will NEVER work with another realtor. She has a client for life with me and my family.

Mellany was great to work with. We were concerned about working with her company as they were the managers of the property when it was a rental and we had many issues with them but she made sure to stay on top of getting the home sold even after having someone walk away during the selling process. We would definitely recommend Mellany for any real estate needs :)

Last summer my husband and I visited Clarksville to see our Daughter, son-in-law and grandson. We fell in love with the area and started to look at properties online. We found one of interest and I searched for a realtor in the Clarksville area. I liked Mel's web page and sent her a message. She called me back the very same day! I told her that we currently live in PA and are looking for a second home in Clarksville. I asked if she could show us the property that we were interested in and she said yes! Mel put us in touch with a mortgage broker. We went through the pre-approval process so that any sellers could be confident in our bid. We flew back to TN several times to look at different properties with Mel until we found the PERFECT House for us! We put an offer in to the seller, they countered and we accepted and settled in 30 days! I know Mel had to of thought "This couple is Crazy" but she showed us houses anyway and We are So Happy that she did!! I would recommend Mellany Drugmand to anyone who is interested in purchasing (or selling) property in the Clarksville, TN area!

Mellany is very knowledgeable regarding the market and knows the area very well. She does not pressure you and listens exactly what you as a buyer is looking for.
